Polyisocyanurate Carving / Sculpting Foam

American Micro Industries, Inc. stocks blocks of carving foam in a range of densities: 2#, 3#, 4# and 6#.
This foam can be machined and carved with wood working tools.
2# and 3# density can be hand carved with ease.
4# can be hand carved with some difficulty but is easily machined.
6# must be machined and cut with power wood working tools.

Stock blocks are available in 16" x 24" x 4". For other sizes, please contact us for a quote.

You can order blocks for cutting yourself or send in a drawing for quoting of your custom part. Our maximum table size for machining is 16" wide x 24" long x 12" high.
